TJ's Journey - One Voice Over Cancer, And his Quest for Hats!

We are in the final streach of preparations for the party here at the homestead and we are super excited! We have done so much work and things are seeming to fall into play.

We are hoping that a lot of you can join us in person for the party but understand that a lot of you wont be able to so we are asking that if you like you could send a card and or gift to TJ prior to the party so that he can open them on video at his party and you will be able to see it, we will post a link for the video that will be placed up on YouTube.

If you do not have an address to send things to please let me know in a message and we will get that to you right away. Mark on the package or envelope "For TJs Party" so we know not to open it BEFORE the party!

We are so excited to have made it past the last 3 and a half years to get to here that words fail when trying to express it.

Thank you for being along for the ride thus far and we look forward to many more years of celebrating TJs life with you!

This is your official invitation to TJs Journey "End Of Treatment" Party!

Yes by the time this party arrives TJ will have been fighting the 'EVIL MONSTER' of Leukemia (blood cancer) for Three and a half years!

His in clinic chemo treatments will officially be ending on February 04, 2010! In order to celebrate and give thanks for this we are throwing a party! Please consider making arrangements to come. Below you will find all the information you should need in order to reserve a hotel room as well as some information about different sources of transportation. If you have any questions please feel free to ask and we will do our best to help find the answers for you.

If you are unable to make it we would like it if you could please send a card and or a gift for TJ prior to the party so that he can open them at the party. Of course we will be taking video so everyone can see the presents, cards and the party. I will include our address, email address and phone numbers in this invitation as well.

We have not worked out all of the details yet but you can expect there will be door prizes, centerpieces, cake, lots of decorations, a few games to play as well as a cash bar and a DJ. Party hours are starting at 4:00 p.m. through Midnight. We are considering a 50/50 raffle as well as the possibility of having T-shirts for sale.

This is a HUGE Deal for TJ and he requests your presents to help him celebrate his journey through cancer and beyond. Also there will be a charge at the door, it goes hand and hand with a goal that TJ has been working on for 3 years now. EACH PERSON attending the party MUST bring at least ONE HAT in order to get into the party OTHERWISE it is a 5.00 cover charge. (that money will then be used to buy hats)

There is no dress code for the party, come as you are, wear something that is not going to be too warm because there are going to be a lot of people in one room dancing, running around filming and the likes.
